Membership is effective immediately. However, new members enrolled less than 90 days are not eligible to submit pre-existing or current cases. New cases originated from time of enrollment can be submitted 90 days after client becomes a member.
Yes. EEAP provides all the necessary resources needed. We do not pay for any of these services for our clients.
Mediation and counseling services are provided at the discretion of EEAP on a case-by-case basis.
